Ideas needed for VBS Amusement Park Theme Lapbook--2nd Graders, 5 days
Well, that's probably all the info right there in the subject line!
I was thinking of trying to do lapbooks in VBS this year, with kids who have never done one. We are using Gospel Light's amusement park-themed program. We'll only have about 10 minutes to make each mini-book-- I was thinking maybe using the Bible verses--I think we are doing the story of the 10 Blind Men, the one where Jesus heals the man lowered thru the roof, and 3 other stories. Any ideas for shape books or what to make books about? I was thinking maybe cutting out those paper people that hold hands and having them put them in a pocket for the 10 Blind men story. Any idea welcome.
